Vacuum Evaporator

It is used in the dairy industry to increase the dry matter ratio by evaporating the water in the milk. Molasses is used in order to obtain consistency by evaporating the water in the pulp extracted in jam facilities. Since the machine evaporates under vacuum, the bleeding temperature decreases, so that the minerals in the product are not damaged, the water is evaporated quickly and the energy consumption is low.
